My take
illy tastes like illy, which is the whole point: smooth, 100% Arabica, a little floral. Quality isn't the issue. Value is. It's sold in 10-packs at around 90 cents a pod, the same as Nespresso at full list, and buyers report crushed capsules in shipping. Great for a treat, hard to justify as a daily driver.
