My take

A famous Italian name at under 45 cents a pod sounds like a steal, and for a balanced, mild everyday cup it's fine. But this is where 'tastes like water' starts creeping into the reviews. Ratings sit around 4.0–4.2 stars, well below the brands above, with complaints of a watered-down shot next to Nespresso or Peet's and crushed pods on arrival.
